Chinglish Menu

Found it here.

Can you tell what is it in the meal just by looking at the meal's name on the menu?

1. Chicken without a sex life
(What?! Ayam dara lah woii, wakakaka!)

2. Red burned lions’ heads
(So scaryy!)

3. Tofu made by woman with freckles.
(Women with no freckles cannot make this dish, LOL!)

4.Lamb piece explosive f**k onion .
(Double LOL!)

Menu yang lagi tiga tu korang carik sendiri, hehe


Kalau kita  Malaysian, kita maybe takde masalah nak tahu ingredients dlm sesuatu dish, for example nasi lemak. Semua org pun tahu yg wajib adalah nasi lemak which ada rice, santan, salt, lepas tu dihidang dgn sambal ikan bilis (yg ada cili kering, garam, gula, ikan bilis, asam jawa, bawang), ikan bilis goreng, kacang goreng, timun potong and hard boiled egg. And versi mewah ada ayam goreng la, sambal sotong lah, kannn?


Tapi kalau pi overseas, tak semua kedai makan bagi full description for the menu. Tapi most of the restaurants mmg ada, tapi food vocab ko kena luas la kan, kalau tak, asik la tanya, pecorino ni apa, panchetta ni apa, letih pulak nak explain. And certain food kena tau buat dari apa, contoh paling senang, fish and chips. Adakah anda tahu certain kedai buat fish and chips guna beer batter?


Nasi kerabu in English, anyone?

yes..nak tau ingredients kena tau la kejadah dia campak dlm tu kan..currently i kan belajar deutsch language. aritu sampai topic pasal food and drinks. nak tau satu2 ingredients diaorg dlm food, agak menangis la nak menghapal kan...silap2 sampai sana nnti makan roti saja lorrr...hahaha

Hi, agak cuak juga bila baca that some chippy in the uk guna beer batter..byk juga dah pelahap...aiyooo!!

Persoalannya, mcm mana kita nak tau kedai mana guna beer batter and juga tak guna lard? Ada apa2 tips kah?

Kalau bab makan,saya pass habis.Kalau bab hafal nama menu ingredient jadah saya fail habis.Haha.Saya rajin nak translate kera and rabu kat atas nun.We named it monkeywed rice.Haha!

masa 'time' saya kat london dulu dema bagitau fish & chips tu guna beer batter dan fried dalam lard...masa tu tergerak bapak nak bertanya ke tokey kedai.
