Fitter or Fatter

In Malaysia, you guys had started banging your head to the wall refusing to go to work on last Monday. But here, in UK, most office opened on January the 4th. After a long holiday, you need to pick up your emotion, gather it and accept the reality that your holiday was over. And the most important thing is how you view yourself after the so-called "relaxing holiday".  Are you getting fitter or fatter? Yup, fitter after spending a 30 minute jog at the beach or park every morning for almost two weeks. Or fatter because you let your food consumption get out of control over the holidays?

If you are in the second situation, a normal meal that you've been eating before your holiday started is now no longer seems to fill you up. And the worst case is you might feel starving all the time. So, with the new resolution ; eat better, not less (at least it is my resolution since last year), you are looking for something to help you back to healthy track.

I found an article here to help you guys to keep sane (all I know, I need this!) "How Can I Get My Appetite Under Control After Eating Twice as Much as Normal?"

1. Slow down your eating.
2. Pay attention. Don't eat and walk, nanti jatuh terusuk!
3. Drink a glass of water before eating (I'm now religiously practising this!)
4. Eat several small meals. Bukan nasik semangkuk setiap sejam, ok!
5. And the last one is the most typical advice, exercise!

So now, tell me. How many of you hit the scale after the long holiday? And which one are you, fitter or fatter?

psst: Aku kurang 200gram aje, hahahahha. 

psst: Aku teringin  nak makan nasi kandaq weyyy!!! Tolonggg!!!  Dah hapal dah ni skrip ni "Bang, nasi putih separuh, letak kari kambing, sotong goreng, kuah campur semua".  Huwaaa!!!!

aku pun ade termakan nasik weh..salahkan cuti pjg..hahaha maleh nak naik scale..confirm naik 500g-1kg.. cis..nak jogging ah..

let us all blame the scale! hehehe. nasib baik kat rumah ni tak ada penimbang. so tak rasa guilty. cuma ukur seluar jeans buat panduan sehari2. memang tak boleh percaya!

thanks untuk tipsnya, a reminder again. sedang coba untuk kurus satu kg saja sudah setengah mati, padahal sudah ke gym hampir setiap hari ;(

Anny: my pleasure. :) how I wish I can join the aerobic class...but in this situation, research ntah ke mana, so better sit in front of the lappy.. :)

adoi la u ni buat i tergelak jer tang 200gram tu.. :D
same lah kita 3 minggu i ambik masa nak hilang 2.5kg.. tensen tahap gaban bertelur dah ni.. tapi uhsband cakap nak shed few kilos tak leh tension, kene enjoy the journey tu.. hehe.. and i nak practice la minum air sebelum makan tu.. baru kenyang skit kan..
