Aku adalah 26.9 dan telah join mild thinness, eh salah, sikit lagi pre-obese la. Erkk!!!!

The Deurenberg equation =  (1.2 x BMI) + (0.23 x age) – (10.8 x sex) - 5.4
sex is 0 for female and 1 for male
Mine is 34.27!!!

The YMCA calculator = [4.15 x (waist in inches)] – [0.082 x (weight in pounds)] – 76.76
Mine is 31.48!!!

The Navy calculator = [163.205 x log10{(abdomen)+(hip)-(neck)}] – [97.684 x log10(height)] - 78.387
Apakah kau gile? Nak kire body fat pun nak pakai log??? Tak kuasa nak bukak sifir sebab calculator scientific takde ni haaa..

Kenapa mesti dkt bathroom puan-puan?(aku tak cakap tuan-tuan, sebab aku imagine kalau ada, kalau ada lahh kan,  lelaki yg baca blog ni semuanya 8 packs, not 6!!! ada berani?) Sebab jgn pakai apa pun masa nak timbang, hatta sepentot koyak pun tak bulehh.. Tapi kalau korang jenis berbolen aje dalam rumah, letak kat dapur pun bulehhhhh...

Record everytime korang weigh.Weigh yourself as close to the same time as possible first thing in the morning. Lepas buang air kan, sila la timbang.  Jgn la ko timbang pas makan nasik lemak 2 pinggan SETIAP PAGI!

Apsal korang kena timbang? Supaya SEDAR DIRI! Tak boleh melantak sesuka hati. Kalau nak ada weight loss, kena kurangkan calorie intake.

Ini adalah teknik aku pada ujung tahun lepas sampai ujung bulan feb tahun 2010. Berjaya kurang 7 kilos. Lepas balik dari Malaysia, scale tu tetiba carik pasal dgn aku, mengada tau, hiks!

Jom join kurangkan calorie intake!

saya tak makan nasi 4 bulan. memang turun kaw kaw punya. tambah swimming. jom kak, saya pon nak turun berat lagi ni..

Alia: Tak sempat aa swimming, jogging ja sempat, sebab leh buat dkt rumah, bath tub kat rumah kecik sgt, kang tak pasal2 pecah.. hahahaha.. eh swimming atas katil aci dak? hahahaha

sepentot koyak..hahaha lawak2x.. agree, tp bilik air rumah aku ni kecah ng air.maklumlah bilir air org melayu.. tunggulah bathroom baru aku siap nati..akan ku transfer scale tu ke sana..
