Iftar 11 and 12

Since before Ramadhan, I've been craving for lamb chops with black pepper sauce ( ko ni mmg tak abisnye nak craving bagai kannn!!!). For iftar day 11, I've decided to go for something different. Since all food that I cooked for that day mostly were cooked in the oven, I, overconfidently, started cooking at 7.15pm and the iftar was at 8.25pm. And I end up taking out the lamb chops from the oven 7 minutes passed the iftar time. Macam tak cukup tangan di buatnye because I was so greedy that I want to have all western things that I craved for: lamb chops with black pepper sauce, roasted sweet potatoes, sausage rolls and pizza. While we were eating lamb chops, everything else were still in the oven. This is my fifth time using the same recipe that I took from Ijan Blogresipi, mmg kena la tekak belacan aku ni, yummeh! We can only finished the lamb chops and 4 sausage rolls. And I didn't make any savoury or any sweet food for today because we still have the pizza and sausage rolls.

As for today, I chose the so-not-adventurous-menu-but-insanely-delicious. Presenting our menu for iftar 12: sambal sardin, fried chicken, bendi rebus,stir fry pakchoi with button mushrooms and belacan. T-Bag made a jug of ice jagung susu (not in the picture), oh heaven!!!

Even after three days not taking rice, the scale does not change it's mind. Erghh!!!
I'm stucked at 65.5, forever!!! Darn!!!

wes, ade student aku claim die turun 12kg for not touching 'nasi' in his meal for abuot 7weeks already.
hanya makan bihun/mee sajer
siap kate penurunan 2 inci saiz pinggang..

lurpak, my eldest daughter turun 35 kilos setelah tak makan nasi for 7 months. my third daughter turun 40 kilos after seven months. they were really huge before. tapi now, dah maintain. boleh makan nasi sikit2

Yanot: student ko tu tak nampak ke yg ko tuh dah kurus gile.. heheheh.. agaknya dia terlampau happy berat dia dah turun tapi taktau nak cerita dkt sapa.. heheheh

Nottingham: Agak susah saya tidak makan nasik, sebab alih2 kena masak nasik utk org lain dkt rumah ni kan.. kalau dkt mesia, senang sikit kot.. heheheh.. saya boleh je tak makan nasik, tapi lauk mesti banyak gile la.. heheheh.. malas la nak masak 2-3 kali

lamb chops tu senang gile nak buat,10 mins on the stove, the rest oven yg buat.. oh senang dan sedap!

Aku dgr org kat Malaysia guna pastry Kawanku tu.. ko guna la yg itu ye..ikut arahan dkt pastry tu... Sausage tu ko belah dua tapi jgn putus..pastu ko boil kan sekejap kasik masak.. 5-7 minutes dah ok kot.. dah masak tu, ko keluarkan,sapu mayo and chilli sauce in between belahan sausage tu.. kalau nak lagi marvellous, ko balut kan sausage tu dgn cheese...pastu ko letak sausage atas pastry tu, roll then sapu dgn egg yolk.. then kat atas sausage roll tu tabur black pepper powder.. pastu ko bake till it's golden.. heheheh.. try la...makan utk lunch pun kenyang wehh...

mak haih mimah....bape kalori satu roll nih...napaknya aku buat bile berat aku dah cecah 60 kilo la....huhuhuhu...teringin nak buat tapi kalo buat sndr haruslah 2-3 roll baru aku stop...huwaaaaaa

wahai watai, berapakah berat anda sekarang? aku dgn bangganya nak announce aku 65.5, berat gila gabann!!! hahahaha.. aku tak pedulik aku buat ja tak kuasa nak kira berapa kalori..heheheh

berat aku lebih sekilo je darik ko...tuh sbb tgh jaga selera nih...aku on pill lagik...ikut hati mmg salu aku bedal jek...pastu start la penyesalan tak sudah....huwa huwa huwa...

Watai, tabah hati ko makan pill setiap hari ye.. Aku guna implanon.. hopefully kalau dah cabut menatang ni which is in end 2011, berat aku turun.. the lowest aku dpt turun is awal tahun ni which is 60.8kg.. tu pun seksa gak ahh, makan mmg control abis plus exercise.. mcm dah tak sanggup la pulak nak ulang balik diet tu.. hahahahha..tunggu lepas raya lah :P
