The 100 Greatest Weight-Loss Tips

Warning: Siti ngan Ida, korang takyah gatai baca entry aku ni.. sungguh tak sesuai utk korang..hahahaha

Tips adapted from July issue of Men's Health. 
I only chose few tips that I found interesting.

1. To work out just how many calories you can eat daily, multiply your ideal body weight in pounds by 14. 
    My ideal body is 57kg, actually 52kg, tapi 52kg tu macam anak dara beno, tak kuasa i. 57kg=125.7pound x 14=1759.8 calories. Boleh makan nasik lebih dari 5 sudu, yay!

 2. Have a laugh. A good strong laugh for 10-15 minutes a day increases weekly energy consumption by up to 280 calories.
     Korang jangan tetiba gelak tak pasal2, kang jadik mistik expose pulak.

3. Red meat can help you lose weight. It packs a lot of the proteins that help you maintain muscle mass - and muscle burns four times as many calories as fat.
    Lamb chop is yummy!! Jangan makan 5 pinggan, sudehhh!
4.  Hit the treadmill. The running machine is the best tool in the gym to burn the most calories in the shortest time.
This is another good reason to buy Reebok i-run, wink wink!

5. Tune in to classic FM. By listening to relaxing music while you eat, you'll consume less, as you'll chew at a more leisurely pace and be more in tune with your body, so you stop eating when you feel full.
Sinar FM tu kire classic lah kan, hehehhe. Remember when you're full, stop!

6. Sit down at a table to eat. You'll consume a third less than when munching on the move.
Aku tak paham mcmana org makan tgh berjalan, kang tersadung batu, tersedak, ish ish ish..

7. Eat with others. Research shows people tend to match their food intake to their dining partner. Eating with a lady friend should mean 35 per cent fewer calories.
This tip only applies to all ladies but me. Sebab aku makan banyak gile dr T-Bag tapi bdn adalah sama naik.

8. Eat breakfast. Those who fail to kick start their metabolism with a meal first thing eat 100 more calories a day
No nasi lemak, roti canai or whatsoever. Oat please! Or at least a slice of wholemeal bread.Tapi ada org tu kan dia makan cereal kan for breakfast, lunch and dinner,hebat kan? Ko kenal tak sapa orang tu wahai Rozie?

9. Exercising first thing in the morning helps you to burn fat faster. You'll shed a kilo quicker than at any other time, as your body will be forced to tap into your fat reserves for energy.
Ye, selepas solat subuh jgn terbongkang semula.
 
10. Have more sex. As well as burning 150 calories every 20 minutes, it boosts a hormone that increases your metabolism and lean muscle growth.
Pastikan pasangan anda sama-sama berisi or sama-sama kurus, otherwise die la u!! Die!!

hari2 malam jumaat sure kurus ekekekek....btw i kadang2 fed up la, i jenis kuat makan.. lelebih lagi bila masak sendiri ni we tend to cook makanan yang kita suka makan.. bila dah masak letih kemas dapur, bila letih sure makan banyak.. berat pun makin naik...
i pulak jenis exercise ikut mood.. susah hati woo.. raya tak lama lagi dah la i gatal gi beli kebaya... takut by the time raya dah tak muat nak sarung... :(
know what skrg ni nak gi beli baju pun tak semangat sebab bila pakai nampak tak cantik...
sedih i.. sedihhh...

LL: itu kalau hari kamis malam jemat aje.. buatnye org tu determine nak kurus, mau tetiap malam...wakakakakak...

i pun dah siap beli baju kebaya for this raya.. tapi kan waktu puasa, tips kalau nak kurus, better masak..jgn beli kat bazar.. seriously, u akan take less calories.. kalau tak caya, try ..hehehe

masalahnya bulan puasa i selalunya tutup dapur ekekekeke.... so i shud cook la this coming ramadhan kan...
btw, smlm i terbaca pulak pasal atkins diet, katanya tak yah berlapar cuma jangan ambik carbs, in two weeks ramai yang dapat kurang banyak kg.. esp those yang hight metabolism.. i dok baca, quite a lot of kgs gak yang turun..
what do u think? hehe..

on no8- tapi kan, kalau dah makan oat for sarap, nanti lunch n dinner nak reward diri sebab 'pagi tadi aku dah makan oat'! sudahnya terlebih kuota jugak

LL: mmg, btol.. kalau u cuba tak amik carbs 2 weeks aje, mmg bagus.. tapi the third weeks u kena amik slowly la carbs la kan.. heheh.. tak leh sambil sepinggan full nasik.. hemm.. rasanya nak get back to 5 spoons diet je i ni...heheh

-lepas subuh saya mmg terbongkang balik
-saya tak amek sarapan hatta apa2 pon sampai kol 1-3 terus melantak makan nasi hahaha
- no 10 tu tak sampai hati nk komen, i pemalu hahahahhaa

cara saya nk kurus plg cepat - mmg p buat fieldwork. sehari kat kebun, bekerja bawah panas, balik timbang turun setengah kg. nnt dah penat sgt mlm pon tak larat nk makan hahahaha

zie: ko guna islamicfinder eh? akak guna www.salahtimes.com. akak check tadi waktu solat dkt London guna salahtimes.com tu 3.52 mehh.. kiteorg dr mula lagi mmg guna yg itu...

tak kembang ke tekak ko zie makan cereal aje.. anyway, ok ke diet itu? takyah extreme2 ok.. jaga diri baik2, nanti adnan sempit lari kalau ko kurus mcm cicak kobeng..
