A plate of chicken rice for lunch was enough for my big tummy to survive till the next morning. But, the minute I opened my fridge, I saw whipping cream. Instantly I remembered Carbornara Spagetti that we always had at Dave's Deli. Everytime we went to KL, we always had time to eat at Dave's Delis, dulu-dulu la.. Sedapp gile!! So, I cooked. This is another recipe for lazy people who loves to eat.
Spaghetti/Fettucini (200gm for 3 adults, this is for dinner, saja gatal2 makan, actually 75gm per adult), 2 garlics, olive oil, button mushroom, chicken (preferably isi dkt thigh, potong dadu ye), whipping cream or double cream (ikut hanpa lahh), 2 eggs, salt, ground black pepper and parmesan cheese.
1) Boil water and add few drops of olive oil. Once water is boiled, add spagetti and let it boil for the second time. Then drained spagetti in colander.
2) Beat the eggs. Add 10-15 spoonful whipping cream and 3-4 spoonful parmesan cheese. Then add blackpepper. Mix well.
3) In a pan, heat olive oil. Add the garlic and chicken. When the chicken is cooked, add spaghetti and the egg+cream. Season it with salt. Stir well and make sure the white sauce coated all spaghetti. Done.
