The Best Lunch Ever!

Wah tajuk, tak agak-agak!
This morning we went to two different schools, to register Mrkamahkamah for next year enrollment. Gile kan, utk september 2011 kena register sekarang, if not, melepas la.  One of the schools is at the next road, like 7 minutes walking from home. The other one is couple of blocks away, 19minutes walking. Hopefully, we'll get the one that closer to our house and hopefully there is a space for Mrkamahkamah for this coming January 2011. Part time or full time, tu belakang kira, asal dapat, sudehhh. So, we were home at 12. Really hungry, we could eat a horse! Eh, seriously, kuda adalah sedap, aku dah makan, masak kicap lagi! After half and a hour, tadaaa!!
The best lunch that I cooked. Why? Because ikut tekak aku la, asam pedas salmon, bendi celur, sambal belacan Sarawak style and telur dadar. Instead of only belacan and chillies, I also added  ikan bilis or pusuk in malay sarawakian language. I prefer this kind of sambal belacan more and I used belacan from Miri ,which aku bawak sekilo, not Belacan Melaka. Because I think belacan from melaka is too salty, wahh, marah org kampung aku kang..

Again, the pulut is a failure. Because lembik sgt. Aku ni kaya air agaknya (Air adalah GBP270 setahun,gila kau!) dah tahu masak pakai rice cooker, masuk air macam nak masak nasik biasa! 

Lady of Leisure used Mangga Harum Manis to go with the pulut. But I used mangga manis, harum nan ado. Bolehlaaaa.. daripada takda kannnnnnnnn....

1 kali pandang macam bubur, hihi... tapi kita tak komen lah sebab sendiri pun tak pernah masak pulut :)

KOG: sebenarnya saya pun konpius masa makan tu.. aku makan bubur pulut ke?hhehehe
