Oat + Sambal Tumis Ikan Bilis = No More Constipation!

Had this for breakfast.

Though it's a 2-minute oat pack with golden syrup, the taste was still marvellous.
Tips to diet: substitute rice with oat, meaning, take oat with side dish/lauk pauk.
Plus, it makes life much more easier when it comes to visit the toilet for business no2.
Seriously!
