The Not Healthy but I Like!

Yesterday, the healthy menu.


Grilled chicken leg with stir-fry pak choy.
Manage to eat with only 2 teaspoons of rice.

This morning, woke up, went for small "business" and then I weighed myself.
Good news!

The throbbing headache came later in the afternoon.
Not that I didn't take my lunch, I did , with Emileen, Ayu, Eti and Irma at Staff House.
I had two tubes of Cannelloni Verdi with Four Cheese Sauce with steamed long beans, broccolis and carrots.
 It was nice.The cannelloni looks like this [image googled] but with white sauce and it came in small size of tubes, think half of it. Not like in the image.


I suddenly wanted to eat sambal ikan bilis.
So, I cooked.

Sambal ikan bilis, stir fry chicken breast in tumeric sauce and stir-fry pak choy.
Eh, rumah ko ni takde sayur lain ke?  A'ah mmg takde. The three of us really like pak choy!

The sambal looks berminyak and not healthy but SEDAPP and PEDAS GILER!
It was so hot that I had tears rolling down my eyes, sweating even my nose mucus came out while eating the sambal.
My brain cannot think properly.
The headache versus the hot sambal.
The throbbing pain was gone for a moment.
Can you imagine how hot it was even me (ratu cabai, I crowne myself ratu cabai title because people that I know in Birmingham don't really eat chillies like me) said it was hot?
And because it was so hot, I ate 5 tablespoons of rice! darn!
Eh?

So tomorrow, I need to wake up really early to work out.
Again, darn!
Plus, need to take migraleave before sleep, to reduce the headache.
Balik Malaysia, kena buat glasses la jawabnye!

rasa nak buat sambal tumis jugak lah... waaa, mentang² minggu ni long weekend, menu kita dah berderet dalam kepala

KOG: buat le sambal tumis, makan dgn nasi kosong plus telur mata ...pagi ni kite breakfast cekodok pisang cicah sambal.. perhhh....lupekan oat semua..celebrate turun berat bdn, apakah?

ibusinga: sawi ke? ari tu kite bawak belacan setengah buku (belacan sarawak, belacan melaka tak sedap!), tinggal quarter je.. takpe, dah nak balik.. heheheh

kak gerau, heheheh.. btol ke cara order pak choi tu? "pakcik hoi seikat"...sedappp, sambil tumis sedap dimakan dgn apa sahaja, dgn biskut kering pun leh jalan..hehehe
