The Calories

Breakfast

With half cup semi skimmed milk, only 170kCal.
Kenyang!

Lunch version teringin
(Sesekali ku rasa teringin... melewati  hatimu yg dingin..hehehee)



395kCal plus Poached Egg (Medium/50g), 74kCal
Tapi cer tgk sodium, giler!!! Not good for people on diet
Tapi sedapp maaaa!!


Dinner
5 teaspoons basmati rice, I guess around 85kCal
1 fried Seabass 140kCal
1 cup of stir fry Pak Choi 9kCal

Not forgetting 2 Ferrero Rocher =138kCal

Total calories:
1011kCal

With sedentary lifestyle, I only need 1545 calories/day to maintain the current weight.
For fat loss, I need to make sure I have only 1236 calories/day.
But to win the challenge a.k.a extreme fat loss, I need to make sure the calories is under 1091 per day.

waaaaaa.....vavavava..hebat hebat! leteh kan? terpaksa makan ikan bakor tanpa nasik.. ilang nikmat makan...
