Malay Food Glossary (ver 1.0)

1. Ayam/Ikan/Daging Asam Pedas
Chicken/Fish/Beef cooked with chillies and tamarind juice
2. Ayam/Ikan/Daging Masak Lemak Cili Api
Chicken/Fish/Beef cooked with coconut milk, small chillies and lemongrass
3. Jemput-Jemput Ikan Bilis
Fried Flour with Achovies (I'm just guessing, not sure)
4. Cekodok
Mashed Banana Fritters
5. Pisang goreng
Banana Fritters
6. Soto Nasi
Rice cube served in chicken broth with shredded chicken, peanut and hot soy sauce
7. Begedil
Deep fried mashed potato and minced meat
8. Lempeng (bukan lempang ye)
Malay pancake
9. Laksa Penang
Glass noodle served in soured fish broth with egg and raw vegetables (i.e: cucumber, red onion what else?)
10. Paru Goreng Berlado
Stir fry cow lung with chillies .(bunyinye mcm cannibal sungguh..iskk..)

mimah.. ni glosari apa ni? makanan ko makan dalam sehari ke? kekekee.. kalau aku geng ngan ko kan konpem aku tambah2 gebusss.. :p

bukan la yat.. ni glosari nama makanan melayu..susah gak nak carik translation dalam english.. so, aku dgn rela hati la tlg translate kan.. hehehe..
